Bexley High School alum Ellen Fishel ('09) will share her journey from editor at The Torch to editor at The Baltimore Sun, in conversation with Amy Vick, Bexley High School Alum ('91) and Vice President for Communications and Marketing for The Columbus Foundation. Both Fishel and Vick were editors of The Torch and will share their insight into how their experiences at The Torch helped mold their careers in journalism and about the field today. Vick received her Bachelors of Arts in Journalism from Ohio University. Fishel recently retired from journalism after serving as the Director of Content, Breaking News at The Baltimore Sun, where she was a member of the team that won the 2020 Pulitzer Prize for local reporting.
