The average cost of premium gas in cities within Franklin County was $4.48 per gallon.
There are 134 gas stations in cities within Franklin County.
The $4.35 average price of premium gas in Ohio was unchanged since last week.
The U.S. government missed the mark when forecasting gas prices for 2022. A short-term outlook published early in 2022 claimed gas rates would fall, when in fact gas rates rose significantly.
The outlook once again suggested that prices would fall in 2023.
