Westerville City Schools is upgrading its current student medical records program to a new, easy to use, family accessible platform called SchoolCare. SchoolCare adheres to strict privacy regulations (FERPA & HIPAA) to ensure the confidentiality and security of your student’s school required health information.
SchoolCare offers the following benefits:

•    Automates the collection of immunization data and sends notifications of missing or soon-to-be due immunizations.

•    Remembers information from year to year and auto populates information to avoid redundant entry.

•    Sends notifications of a student’s medication inventory levels, screenings, and health room visits.

•    Makes crucial need to know information regarding important student health issues and alerts available to appropriate teachers and office staff.

•    Provides mobile access to immunization and health information anytime, anywhere.

•    Allows families to update and notify the school nurse of any changes quickly and easily throughout the school year.

Please look for upcoming details on how to register for SchoolCare soon.
